We are so proud to be your parents and in a year that had much of our attention on your little brother, we may not have taken the opportunity to remind you enough. So here it goes...things that we notice and appreciate about you...
1) Your smile is infectious and usually a reason to be skeptical about what you are up to.
2) We love to hear you laughing in your room while you enjoy Jeff Kinney's humorous books.
3) Your thrill over the electric scooter for Christmas was priceless!
4) We secretly love that you transform into a cozy kid in p.j.s any chance you get.
5) Your academic achievements amaze us...Thanks for always doing your best work.
6) We think it's pretty cool that you choose to share a room with your brother. He really admires you.
7) We realize you have already surpassed us in the world of technology...thanks for keeping us
as current as people from the "nineteens" can be.
8) Thanks for reminding us that 10 year olds still want good-night hugs.
9) We DO notice when you sneak an extra Hershey bar or cookie.
10) Mom loves that you still think she is cool enough to be your soccer coach.
11) We love that you made us parents a decade ago. Keep being you!
